Food for Ukraine Appeal

STRAIDE & FOXFORD COMMUNITIES – A UKRAINE FOOD APPEAL

To support the work of local Mayo Charity ‘Candle of Grace’ who urgently need food donations for what they describe as a critical and catastrophic situation, there are two local drop off points for food – Straide Church (8.00 am to 8.00 pm daily) and Foxford Sports Complex (8.30 am to 10.00 pm daily). Non-perishable food items are required. These include: Cans (meats, beans, fish, pulses, veg, fruit) Dry (pasta, rice, noodles, couscous), Tea, Coffee, long-life Milk, Porridge, Cereals, packet Soup, Flour, Sugar, Crackers, Biscuits, Bars, Sweets, Baby Formula, Food Sachets. NB: No glass bottles or jars and please have long Best Before dates. Please support if you are in a position to do so.
